Who we are

Roccaverano local, Giselda Nervi, has been able to realize her dream of offering excellent Piedmont cuisine in this small, hilltop town. This comes after several years of working in the local bar in Roccaverano, and with the help of her children Martina and Simone. The Bramante restaurant and bar were set up in 2012.

Over the last six years it has been increasingly acknowledged by its clientele as well as culinary critics. With hard work and the enthusiasm to promote tourism in Roccaverano, they have now added the Bramante hotel.

Osteria del Bramante

The Bramante restaurant and bar are situated on the stunning Roccaverano square, nestling between the castle ruins and the church designed by Bramante.

Please join us for an aperitivo, sample our cheese and cold meat boards, buy local products such as the Robiola cheese from Roccaverano, or a bottle of local wine, or join us for lunch or dinner.
