The Bramante restaurant and bar are situated on the stunning Roccaverano square, nestling between the castle ruins and the church designed by Bramante.

We offer a simple and genuine cuisine – traditional Piedmont cooking at its best. The recipes have been handed down over generations sharing new flavours and memories, old stories and new projects with the warmth of true home cooking.
